specialized in technical rubber products, is both a manufacturer
and contractor of workshop and site application of rubber
linings and coatings as well as other rubber products. Celebrating
her 25th anniversary in 1998 and conveniently located at Bursa
Industrial Zone, KAPSAN is the leading Turkish company in
the field of rubber lining with a successful track record.
KAPSAN has developed her own formulas which has been used
and tested by the customers for many years.
With a covered
area of 5.000 sq. Meters on a land of 10.000, KAPSAN is involved
in the production of rubber compounds (both natural and synthetic),
rubber sheets for lining, rubber parts, rubber to metal products,
rubber mats and accessories, extruded products, conveyor belts,
adhesives and mastics that are designed for specific applications
with chemical, oil, heat and corrosion resistant formulas,
as well as formulas resistant to abrasive slurries, are compounds
within the rubber product range of the company.
Workshop production
and contracting, as major part of KAPSAN's activities comprises
of lining of pumps, valves, rollers, rotors, cylinders, and
tanks for textile, steel, chemical and paper industries, as
well as energy conversion plants and many others. Enjoying
the ownership of several autoclaves with the largest being
3.70 m in diameter and 10.70 m in length hot-air heated and
computer controlled for perfect curing (vulcanizing), large
tanks and parts may easily be lined at KAPSAN.

a cooperation with KERAMCHEMIA GmbH of Germany a world leader
in the field of surface protection was completed with a joint
investment at KAPSAN workshop applications in 1999 with the
acquisition of KERAMCHEMIA by SGL ACOTEC in 2000, KAPSAN has
become the exclusive sales representative of SGL products
and services in TURKEY since december 2001. |
